AES provides a wide range of conveyor idlers designed for various applications. Our idlers come in several styles, including troughing, return, impact, training, channel mount, and picking, to accommodate different belt widths.
We offer speed reducers for conveyors that feature durable ductile iron cast housings and are resistant to corrosion. The reducer is designed to mount directly onto the driven shaft, eliminating the need for couplings, chain drives, sliding motor bases, and additional support structures, which significantly reduces alignment issues.
AES provides a diverse selection of drum pulleys and wing pulleys in various sizes. The heavy-duty wing pulleys feature engineered industrial-strength end discs, a flat bar wing design, standard XT-style bushings, and XT hubs for easy installation. The lagged drum pulleys are designed with machined crowns, vulcanized lagging, high-strength end discs, and XT bushings.
AES conveyor belting is a high-quality, three-ply, grade 2 belt available in widths of 24”, 30”, 36”, 42”, and 48”. The belts are professionally cut to your specifications. They are ideal for sand and gravel operations, as well as various mining and industrial conveying applications.
